Plan approvals

After submitting an application and plans for a permit, you can determine the status of your permit by entering its number below. If you cannot obtain the information you need, call Building and Inspection at 952-563-8930. Remember, no work can be done until a permit has been issued.

Inspections

When all plan approvals are made and the permit is issued, construction and inspections begin. Required inspections are listed in the status report. When completed, the date of inspection and the result are also entered. Contact the inspector listed to clear up any issues.
