2012-101 PMP Street Improvement Project

A pre-construction conference was held on May 17.

  (between W 82nd St and Xerxes Ave)
  The Contractor is anticipating starting with removals in this area the week of May 28.
• Normandale Service Rd
  (between W 84th St and American Blvd)
  The Contractor is anticipating starting with removals and storm sewer work in this area the week of May 28.
• W 81st Street
  (between Pleasant Ave and Nicollet Ave)
  The Contractor is anticipating starting with removals in this area the week of May 28.
• W 83rd Street
  (between Emerson Ave and Aldrich Ave)
  The Contractor is anticipating starting with removals in this area the week of May 28.
• Thomas Lane
  (between W 81st St and W 80th St)
  Centerpoint Energy anticipates starting gas service work in this area the week of May 21.

2012-102 PMP Street Maintenance Project

• Xavier Area
  (between Normandale Boulevard and Vessey Avenue includes Vessey Avenue, Overlook Drive between Normandale Boulevard and Vessey Avenue and all circles and courts)
  The Contractor has finished street patching by new curb and manholes. The Contractor began milling and bituminous paving. Boulevard restoration will be completed the week of May 14th. Bituminous paving will be completed early in the week.
• Multi Modal Trail
  (along Auto Club Road and Normandale Boulevard between Zion Road and 110th Street)
  The Contractor has begun boulevard restoration. The Contractor will continue boulevard restoration the week of May 14th.
• Auto Club Road
  (between railroad bridge and Normandale Boulevard)
  Concrete work has been completed. Boulevard restoration will begin the week of May 14th. The Contractor will begin to raise manholes and gate valves to street elevation. Milling and bituminous paving will begin early in the week. Lane changes will occur throughout the week.
• Normandale Boulevard
  (between Auto Club Road and 110th Street)
  Concrete work has been completed. Boulevard restoration will begin the week of May 14th. The Contractor will begin to raise manholes and gate valves to street elevation. Milling and bituminous paving will begin early in the week. Lane changes will occur throughout the week.
• Overlook Drive
  (between Rich Road and France Avenue)
  The Contractor will continue adjusting manholes and gate valves. Concrete removals will begin the week of May 14th along with concrete work. Outside lanes will be closed.
• Kingsdale Area
  (between Poplar Bridge Road including Nine Oaks Circle and Forest Hills Circle)
  City staff will begin marking for removals the week of May 14th.
• 102nd Street
  (between Xerxes Avenue and Penn Avenue)
  CenterPoint Energy will continue gas main work the week of May 14th.

  The Contractor has finished concrete, storm sewer and sanitary sewer work. Raising of all manholes and gate valves to meet final street grade is complete. Street patching by new curb and manholes is nearly complete and will finish early in the week of May 7th. Boulevard restoration will continue the week of May 7th and the Contractor anticipates milling the Xavier area late in the week with bituminous paving to follow.

  (along Auto Club Road and Normandale Boulevard between Zion Road and 110th Street)
  The Contractor will continue boulevard restoration the week of May 7th.
• Auto Club Road
  (between railroad bridge and Normandale Boulevard)

  Storm sewer and sanitary sewer manhole repairs are complete. Concrete work will continue the week of May 7th. The outside lanes will continue to be closed.
• Overlook Drive

  CenterPoint Energy plans to complete work in the area Friday, May 4th. The Contractor plans to begin adjusting manholes and gate valves the week of May 7th with the inner lanes being closed for adjusting on Monday, May 7th and then switching to the outer lanes being closed upon completion of the inner lanes.

  Raising of all manholes and gate valves to meet final street grade will occur the week of April 30th. Also, street patching by new curb and manholes will be finished. The contract will begin clean up and boulevard restoration late in the week of April 30th.

  Trail will continue to be closed. The Contractor will start restoration along the trail and pour pedestrian ramps.
• Auto Club Area
  The Contractor will continue working on storm sewer and sanitary sewer manhole repairs along with concrete work. The outside lanes will continue to be closed.
• Normandale Boulevard Area
  The Contractor will continue working on storm sewer and sanitary sewer manhole repairs along with concrete work. The outside lanes will continue to be closed.

  The Contractor will continue pouring curb, sidewalk and driveways the week of April 23rd. Work on storm sewer and sanitary sewer manholes will continue.

  Trail will continue to be closed. The Contractor will continue work on trail and is expected to pave the trail late in the week of April 23rd.
• Auto Club Area
  The Contractor expects to switch traffic control by closing the outside lanes and open the inside lanes to traffic the week of April 23rd. Storm sewer and sanitary sewer manhole repair will continue along with curb removal.
• Normandale Boulevard Area
