CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – SMALL BUSINESS CENTER

The City of Bloomington is seeking Proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships, consulting firms, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of contract construction plans and specifications for construction management and administration services, based on the Construction Manager – Agency delivery method, for the rehabilitation/ren ovation of former Fire Station No. 3 into a Small Business Center. The Small Business Center will be built on the existing location at 2050 East 86th Street, Bloomington, Minnesota.
