Creekside Community Center and the Creekside Garden Club present the Annual Plant Exchange.
Whether you are an expert gardener or just beginning, the free plant exchange at Creekside is an opportunity to donate, exchange, or adopt indoor, outdoor, and vegetable plants.
The Plant Exchange is presented by the Creekside Garden Club. It takes place outdoors in the Creekside parking lot.

The Garden Club is a group of volunteers who plant and maintain the gardens and planters at Creekside Community Center. If you're interested in joining the Creekside Garden Club or have questions about the Plant Exchange, please contact Creekside at:

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please keep an eye out for the invasive jumping worm before bringing plants to the plant exchange. Soil that resembles coffee grounds is an indicator of jumping worm presence.
Visit the jumping worm and bare-rooting demonstration/education table for more information.
